    hmm i understand that tehre is a lot of protein etc in seeds and nuts, however, there is no mention of meat, she says something about acncient basic foods blah blah but isnt meat the most ancient basic food? surely to have a balanced diet you nees carbohydrates and protien from meats involved, we are omnivores after all lol

    CHEMRISK – a research company hired by the Corn Refiners ociation has recently taken down it’s YouTube channel.

    The removal was in response to negative public perception resulting from a recent study that found dangerous levels of MERCURY in HIGH-FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. Apparently it has become a liability to defend the sweetener.

    Unfortunately that’s not true, to be honest it would be better not exercising at all and eating well. It’s very important what we put into our bodies. People are so malnourished these days and don’t even know it as they have been misinformed.
    A healthy diet can prevent diseases and common viruses etc. but dont take my word for it, try it :) and if you need info just let me know.

    I’ve been adding organic milled flax to salads for some time now, but it gives heartburn… I was wondering if I was the only one? Also, I’m fine with you mentioning the Bible. People used to eat healthier in the old times and many religious books, used as common sources of passing information, still teach people how to stay healthy.
